We will visit with a Jewish guide the Ghetto of Rome, which is one of the most beautiful hidden treasures of the capital city. We will get lost in the small streets of the area, where picturesque squares, such as the one that houses the beautiful Fountain of the Turtles, open up to surprise. We will give an exclusive touch to your visit by entering a place normally not accessible to the public: the Historical Archives of the Jewish Community of Rome. Here, in addition to receiving a detailed explanation from the Jewish Community about the history and development of the ghetto, you will be able to admire historical documents from five centuries ago such as torah, ketubbah, chumash and period photos. The best way to learn more about the history and the traditions of the most important Jewish community in Italy.
